The Colorado Department of Labor and Environment has released a a new Fact Sheet for the Colorado Minimum Pay Order taking effect March 16, 2020. This is sometimes referred to as COMPS. It replaces the prior "Minimum Wage Law". Please head over to the Regulatory Section and check out the Fact Sheet, which outlines a dealer's new obligations and exemptions from this rule.
