CO Dept. Labor Releases new COMPS Fact Sheet

Effective March 16, 2020, Colorado has updated its Minimum Wage Order into a Colorado Minimum Pay Order (COMPS).  This order has updated definitions and new requirements for payment, overtime, and breaks for dealership employees.

Air Quality Control Commission (AQCC)

On August 15, 2019, the AQCC voted 8-1 to adopt California's Zero Emission Standard.  This requires OEMs to deliver vehicles earning a rising proportion of ZEV Credits.
