Voluntary Protection Products - GAP & Credit Life

Local and national consumer groups have been on the offensive when it comes to offering voluntary protection products to consumers as a part of a motor vehicle transactions. Allegations range from "deal-packing" to "discriminatory pricing", even though many products are price capped by regulation in Colorado. Nevertheless, NADA's regulatory team has offered some sound advice on how to offer these products during the deal.
